Thanks for submitting your photos. Based on them your corners (temples and hairline) needs a treatment. You can try to use some medications like Propecia,Saw Palmetto,Biotin etc. If you start with one of them so a permanent use of 1 year will give you a result but lost grafts will not come back. Another options will be PRP injections and Low Level Laser Therapy.The last option will be a hair transplantation.
