Dr. Ismail Sahin

Dr. Ismail Sahin, born on January 7, 1974, in Izmir, completed his high school education at Izmir Bornova Anatolian High School in 1992. He then attended Gülhane Military Medical Academy Faculty of Medicine (GATA), where he graduated in 1998, receiving his medical degree.

Following his graduation, Dr. Sahin served as a continental doctor at the 10th Tanker Base Command in Incirlik/Adana for two and a half years. In 2001, he began working as an assistant at Gülhane Military Medical Academy's Department of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. He maintained this position until January 2015, resigning with the rank of lieutenant colonel.

Throughout his career, Dr. Sahin has gained the titles of Plastic Surgery Specialist (2006), Assistant Professor (2008), and Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery (2014). His work includes various types of reconstructive and aesthetic surgery in plastic surgery. He has also participated in experimental and clinical research, contributed to the training of medical students and residents, and assisted in the education of new professionals in his field.

Dr. Sahin has published articles in both national and international journals and has spoken at numerous national and international congresses. His expertise extends to post-mastectomy breast reconstruction, fat injection, microsurgery, and burn treatment.

He currently practices in his clinic located in the Çukurambar district of Ankara. Dr. Sahin is married and has a daughter.
