Dr. Fabio Fantozzi

Dr. Fabio Fantozzi is a world-famous plastic and reconstructive surgeon based in Rome, Italy, and the founder of Clinic Fantozzi. He performs a wide spectrum of cosmetic surgeries, including facial, breast, and body procedures. 

Dr. Fantozzi studied medicine at the prestigious Sapienza University of Rome and completed a general surgery residency at the same university after receiving his MD degree. He then went to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to complete a plastic surgery fellowship under the tutelage of Professor Ivo Pitanguy, a pioneering plastic surgeon who made Brazil a leading country in plastic surgery, at Carlos Chagas University, the oldest plastic surgery college in the world.

This allowed Dr. Fantozzi to learn a lot from the best plastic surgeons in the world. As an ardent follower of the legacy of Prof. Pitanguy, Dr. Fantozzi has been the president of ACEIP (European Surgical Association of Prof. Ivo Pitanguy Alumni) since 2011.

Dr. Fabio Fantozzi chose to follow in his father’s footsteps to become a doctor. He chose the plastic surgery specialty to satisfy his desire for helping people gain self-confidence. Known for his communicativeness and thoughtfulness in his consultation sessions, Dr. Fantozzi is sought by people from across Italy and the world. He dedicates much time to talking to patients and listening to them to get a good understanding of their needs and expectations.
