Dr. Granado Tiagonce received his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree from the Faculty of Medicine of the Autonomous University of Madrid in 1986 and his Doctor of Medicine in Plastic and Reconstrictive Surgery at the same university in 1989. He went to Mexico in 1988 for a fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Manuel Gea Gonzalez Hospital in Mexico City. He also received training in plastic surgery in other countries, including Mount Sinai Hospital, New York, and Toronto General Hospital, Canada. 

Dr. Granado Tiagonce has been working as a plastic surgeon since 1993. He was a plastic and aesthetic surgeon at Ruber Madrid Clinic from 1993 until 1995 and at Manuel Gea González from 1995 until 1998. He then joined the University Hospital HM Monteprincipe Madrid and served there for 10 years, until 2008. In 2008, Dr. Agustin Granado Tiagonce founded Granado Tiagonce Clinic and has since been working there as a plastic and aesthetic surgeon, leading a professional team of medical and paramedical experts. He has also been serving at the Plastic and Aesthetic Unit of Vithas Hospital Nisa Pardo De Aravaca since 2007.

Dr. Agustin Granado Tiagonce is an honorary professor of the Department of Surgery at the Autonomous University of Madrid. He has published many scholarly articles in national and international journals and participated in numerous conferences on plastic and aesthetic surgery. He is a member of Spanish and international plastic and reconstructive surgery societies.
