Can minor adjustments to narrow the nose be done in a clinic setting?

Hello. I had my first nose job and then a revision nine months later. It's been six months since the revision, and from the front, my nose still looks wide. I'm wondering if it's possible to have a minor procedure done in a clinic setting to make it look narrower and more refined?

Revision Rhinoplasty - What to Expect?

Hey there, I had a rhinoplasty a few years ago, but I'm not entirely satisfied with the results. I'm thinking about undergoing a revision rhinoplasty to address some remaining issues, but I'm nervous about the process. Can anyone who has had revision rhinoplasty share their experience? What should I expect in terms of recovery and results? Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks!

How long before my rhinoplasty should I abstain from consuming alcohol?

I have one more question. How long should I take a break from wine and beer before I go in for my nose job? Is there a specific number of days or weeks recommended?

Is it possible to achieve these revisions through surgery?

I underwent rhinoplasty, but I desire to lower the tip of my nose and rectify the curved portion. Is it possible to achieve these revisions through surgery? After my rhinoplasty, my nose ended up looking really short, turned up, and wide, almost like a bony shape. Can a revision fix this? I want to bring down the tip of my nose and fix the curved part.

Revision

Hello, I was previously diagnosed with a deviated nasal septum, and I underwent surgery around 4 years ago. Although the postoperative curvature has been minimal, I still experience ongoing breathing difficulties, primarily due to constant unilateral obstruction. Additionally, I've noticed a drooping tip of the nose, and there's a scar present where the incision was made during the surgery.

When can I return to work after rhinoplasty?

I'm thinking about getting a nose job, but my work schedule is pretty tight. Can I go back to work just a few days after the surgery? Like, can I use tape to help my nose and keep working without needing a lot of downtime?

I had a second rhinoplasty

I had a second rhinoplasty, and I've observed that the bump that was fixed during the initial surgery has returned. Is this scenario feasible? After the initial surgery, my nasal bridge wasn't defined, and the tip of my nose was large, accompanied by asymmetrical swelling. Consequently, the septum area was addressed in the second surgery. Presently, my nose has bands, yet the natural curve is entirely absent. I'm uncertain whether this issue stems from swelling or an error. My doctor asserted that he didn't perform any bone manipulation during the surgery, but it appears he did. What implications does this discrepancy have?

There are noticeable indentations on both sides of my nose. Does this situation require revision surgery?

Hello professors, It has been 4.5 months since my surgery. On the left side of my nose, there is an indentation. On the right side, there is a faint indented line that extends towards the center of my nose, also evident in the photo. Should I consider undergoing revision surgery? Thank you for your advice.

What's the deal with treating the issues that pop up after nose surgery? How should those be tackled?

So, about a year and a half back, I got a nose job done. But now, my nose tip's kinda drooping, my nose looks a bit wonky, and I sometimes struggle to breathe. Plus, whenever I fill up the tip of my nose, it's like my whole nose just grew bigger. What can be done to fix these issues?

dissatisfaction with the initial nose surgery

I recently underwent a nose procedure in London, which was covered by the state due to my breathing issues. During the process, I also decided to enhance my appearance. Unfortunately, the results were not as expected – my nose turned out slightly thinner than desired and appears asymmetrical. To make matters worse, my breathing difficulties persist even after two surgeries. I'm wondering if it's feasible to correct both the functional and aesthetic issues, and restore my nose to its original thickness. Is this a complex process?
