Fixing nose issues with closed revision rhinoplasty

Is it possible to perform a revision nose surgery using the closed rhinoplasty method, and can the surgeon address all issues from the previous surgery while correcting any remaining problems?

Yes, it is possible to perform a revision nose surgery using the closed rhinoplasty method. This approach can be used for both primary and revision rhinoplasty procedures. But you should keep in mind that revision rhinoplasty is a complex procedure that may present challenges due to the alterations made during the initial surgery. And not all the changes you may wish to have may be achievable in this method as the surgeon has limited access to the underlying structure of the nose.  If you’re insisting on going for a closed rhinoplasty, it is very important to find a surgeon who has good experience in performing such surgeries.

I underwent rhinoplasty, but I desire to lower the tip of my nose and rectify the curved portion. Is it possible to achieve these revisions through surgery? After my rhinoplasty, my nose ended up looking really short, turned up, and wide, almost like a bony shape. Can a revision fix this? I want to
