Doctors' Response

What's the deal with treating the issues that pop up after nose surgery? How should those be tackled?

So, about a year and a half back, I got a nose job done. But now, my nose tip's kinda drooping, my nose looks a bit wonky, and I sometimes struggle to breathe. Plus, whenever I fill up the tip of my nose, it's like my whole nose just grew bigger. What can be done to fix these issues?

I underwent rhinoplasty, but I desire to lower the tip of my nose and rectify the curved portion. Is it possible to achieve these revisions through surgery? After my rhinoplasty, my nose ended up looking really short, turned up, and wide, almost like a bony shape. Can a revision fix this? I want to
