Following the extraction of two molars on the same side, I've noticed an uneven and sharp jaw bone ridge. I'd like to avoid jaw recontouring and am considering replacing only the front molar to prevent the discomfort caused by the denture rubbing against the pointed, sharp bone ridge where the back molar used to be.
