I have thin skin around my eyes. What can I do to address this issue and improve the condition?

Hello, I'm just 30 years old, and I have extremely thin skin around my eyes, especially in the corners. It has significantly affected my self-esteem. I attempted fillers, but they didn't provide the desired results. I believe I need a solution that can thicken the skin in this area. My skin is hollow, and the issue is very close to my eyes, making it challenging for fillers to address. Can you please advise if fat grafting or PRP could be viable options in this situation? Hi, In my perspective, a nano-fat periorbital fat injection combined with fractional radiofrequency microneedling would yield best results in your case. I usually do not recommend PRP injections on the darkening and hollowness of the lower eyelids. Best wishes,
