Doctors' Response

Could you provide recommendations regarding whether a brow lift or brow bone reduction would be advisable?

I'm seeking advice on the most suitable procedure or solution for my prominent brow. Given my naturally deep-set eyes, my brow bone can give the impression of appearing overly aggressive or disinterested, particularly when I wear glasses. It can even seem as if I lack eyebrows in certain instances. To provide a better understanding, I've attached images of my face in a completely relaxed state and how I typically appear.

Facial feminization surgery for the female with sad eyes and male brow bones. These issues can be improved with the Irregular Trichophytic Forehead Lift and Orbital Bone Reduction with or without Hairline Lowering. I invented this procedure and if done by an experienced surgeon will give you a more feminine and attractive appearance. Make sure you see the actual hairline with the hair pulled back.
