Dr. Tuğçe Sümer was born in Antalya on April 17, 1984. She began her academic journey at Namık Kemal Elementary School, later attending Metin Nuran Çakallıklı Anatolian High School. Recognized for her academic achievements, she continued her studies at Antalya College on a full scholarship.
