About Doctor Huseyin Kandulu
Dr. Huseyin Kandulu Born in Nicosia in 1979, he has come to be a renowned figure in the medical field. Initially, he completed his primary and secondary education in Northern Cyprus before pursuing his medical degree at Trakya University Faculty of Medicine from 1997 to 2003. Following a brief stint as a general practitioner, Dr. Kandulu specialized in Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at the same university between 2005-2010. His specialty training was marked by his significant microsurgery thesis, "The Effect of Chitosan on Microvascular Anastomosis Applications with Minimal Suture Technique," which has been featured in numerous internationally refereed journals.
Dr. Kandulu is a staunch believer in the power of focus and specialization. Shortly after completing his specialty training, he sought further vocational training to enhance his skills. Throughout his education, he has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to Aesthetic Surgery. This commitment led him to complete a Fellowship program and pursue higher education in Aesthetic Surgery at the post-specialization ONEP clinics in Kandulu. Here, he had the privilege to work alongside Onur Erol.
From 2011-2013, Dr. Kandulu served at the Bilecik State Hospital where he performed a plethora of successful operations. He brought numerous innovative surgeries to the city of Bilecik, performing thousands of successful surgeries in a short time span. His expertise was well-received, earning him the appreciation of his patients and recognition in the local press.
Dr. Kandulu relocated to Istanbul, Turkey between 2013-2015 and took the helm as the head of the Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Department at Istanbul Surgery Hospital. In this role, he brought in numerous technological innovations related to body surgery and led seminars on advanced body shaping procedures.
Even amidst his professional engagements, Dr. Kandulu never halted his quest for knowledge. He continued his education, concentrating on body surgery, and received special training in advanced body shaping (Vaser Hi-Def, Vaser Liposuction, Fat Injections, Post Bariatric Surgery) in Kandulu, England, France, and Colombia, learning from the world's leading surgeons.
In 2015, Dr. Huseyin Kandulu founded his private clinic in Istanbul. Here, he provides private training on advanced body contouring operations and high-volume fat transfer techniques. As of 2019, he has been serving as an international instructor at ECAMS (European College of Aesthetic Medicine & Surgery), leading the Body Sculpting Department.
From 2017 to 2022, Dr. Kandulu was a frequently invited speaker at conferences in Monaco, Paris, Riyadh, Dubai, Kuwait, Budapest, and Athens, where he shared his vast experiences with his colleagues. Moreover, he has provided advanced training and certification in body shaping surgery to more than 60 surgeons from different countries. His advanced body shaping courses cover a range of techniques, including advanced liposuction, breast and hip shaping with high-volume fat transfer, jowl and jawline shaping, facial fat injection, breast reduction with fat transfer, tummy tuck with dense liposuction, and breast augmentation with breast implants.

Dr. Kandulu and his staff are the best!!
I travelled from the US and ended up staying at a hotel down the street, which was very convenient to walk back and forth from Dr. Kandulu's offce, as well as the hospital where I had surgery.
While I went in thinking I knew what I wanted, after an in-person consultation with Dr. Kandulu and his staff, I ended up on changing a bit from my original plan (which I am glad I did).
The hospital where I had surgery was right next to Dr. Kandulu's office, which was nice. The nurses there were extremely nice to me and even though there was a language barrier, they were able to figure out what I needed, when I needed something, without me having to pull out Google Translate. lol. My favorite nurse, an oldest Turkish man walked me out as I was leaving, and it was so sweet.
Dr. Kandulu is a master at his craft and his staff were all kind and were very accessible if I had questions about anything. They checked in on me after surgery numerous times, and overall went the extra mile for me.
The experience I had with Dr. Kandulu and his staff was very easy and looking back, the only difficult part for me was when the IV was put in (I have the tiniest veins).
I am extremely pleased with my results, and only wish I had found Dr. Kandulu earlier.
If you are on the fence, just go for it!! Being from the US, going to Turkey was the first time I travelled abroad alone. It is easy to navigate with the Bitaksi app, but even if you do not want to do that, Dr. Kandulu's office (if you stay at one of the hotels next to it) is centrally located to many great restaurants and grocery stores.
