How does a midface lift procedure function?

Could you explain what a midface lift is and how it differs from a standard facelift or a mini facelift?

Is it typical to have noticeable 1 cm scars on the sides of both my eyes following a mid-face lift surgery?

I've been diligent in caring for my skin, but I've started to notice sagging, particularly on the right side, which appears asymmetrical compared to the left. I've lost 25 pounds this year, and the weight loss was gradual. Would additional weight loss potentially reduce the sagging fat in this area? My goal is to achieve symmetry between the right and left sides of my jawline; would this also help with my jowls?
