Should I opt for the removal of fat transfer beneath the eyes, undergo internal blepharoplasty, or choose external blepharoplasty?

Hi, I do not recommend external approach (because there is no need to cut your skin and/or muscles which may cause problems). People usually do not recommend internal approach (transconjunctival) because they are not used to it ( they do not feel comfortable or do not have the enough experience to use that technique). In your case you either need a transconjuctival approach to remove that excess fat or sometimes we may try a percutaneous (puncture) technique to remove the excess fat with micro-liposuction-like technique. It would be better to wait 3 months.
