Is it safe to undergo PRP treatment for both hair and the face if I've been receiving immunotherapy for lung cancer?

I've been undergoing successful immunotherapy for lung cancer, receiving a total of seven Pembrlizumab treatments. I'm wondering if it's safe to consider PRP treatment for both my hair and face to boost my self-esteem. I appreciate your attention to my query and look forward to your response.

Can PRP assist in reducing my under-eye circles? If it's a viable option, I'd like to find a specialist nearby. If PRP isn't suitable, what alternative treatments would you recommend? I understand that surgery may be a long-term solution, but could you provide an estimate of the cost?

I'm a 21-year-old woman, and I had my first PRP treatment on February 28, 2018. I've completed five sessions so far and am scheduled for my sixth one on July 19. However, I haven't noticed any new hair growth on my scalp yet. People have mentioned that results may become visible after several month
