Is it normal to experience small, pimple-like bumps on the face 1-2 days after undergoing a microneedling treatment?

Is it normal to experience small, pimple-like bumps on the face 1-2 days after undergoing a microneedling treatment with PRP facial? Two days following the facial treatment, I've observed the emergence of small white bumps around my nose, forehead, and chin areas. These bumps appear to be multiplying rapidly, with new outbreaks occurring daily. They are accompanied by itchiness and show no signs of improvement.

Hi, Pustulation (vesiculopustular lesions) are not uncommon after microneedling with prp. I usually recommend cleaning the face with warm hypertonic saline with some massage (rubbing with a natural fiber cloth) and application of topical antibiotics. This problem would probably be solved within 2 weeks. But I strongly suggest you to consult to your physician for a more definitive management. Best wishes
