How can I recover sagging areas after weight loss?
I've gone through some ups and downs with my weight a few times in the past. Lately, I managed to drop from 110 kilos to 68, and I've been keeping that weight for about 3 years now. But here's the thing: I'm dealing with some issues like excess fat in specific areas of my upper legs, plus cellulite and sagging in my butt. Not to mention a bit of sagging in my tummy and arms. It feels like there's definitely room for improvement, but I'm not too keen on going through major surgery or being knocked out with anesthesia for something like liposuction. I'm actually looking for some advice on how to handle these problems. I'm 28, standing at 170 cm, and weigh 68 kilos. Despite my age, my body's giving off more of a 70-year-old vibe, and I'm set on getting a more youthful look without putting my health on the line. Any chance you could give me some tips or guidance here?
