How can I enhance my facial volume and achieve a heart-shaped face?

I have a very flat midface, and my face is narrow. I'm interested in achieving a heart-shaped face with more volume in the midface region. I'm also contemplating a rhinoplasty.

I strongly recommend you to get fat transfer ,not filler.It ould make your face volumed.Also if you have rhinoplasty I suggest you to have lip lift as well.The ıncision will be same are and lip lift surgery will give you fuller and more youthful look.
