Could liposuction or liposculpture performed around my buttocks contribute to achieving a more shapely and lifted appearance for my butt? I'm considering undergoing liposuction for my flanks, inner thighs, knees, and lower legs. I don't wish to have a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) because my buttocks are already ample in size; I'm more concerned about the current shape, which appears saggy and pear-shaped. I aspire to achieve a slender hourglass silhouette similar to Cindy Bruna's.

Hi and thanks for your question. Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for liposuction. Liposuction can be performed for your abdomen, flanks, upper and lower back, inner and outer thigh regions. For your case I recommend vaser and microaire combination. In this combination; vaser (ultrasonic liposuction) is used for liquifying the fat and microaire (power assisted liposuction) is used for aspiration. If you want, aspirated fat can be used for your butt and hip augmentation. Best of lucks.
