Are there surgical procedures that can increase hair thickness?

Hello! I have extremely fine hair, and I have a distinctive heart-shaped hairline on my forehead with sparse hair coverage. I'm not sure how to describe it more precisely. My hair also tends to shed frequently. Is there a surgical procedure that can enhance the fullness and thickness of my hair? Furthermore, when I part my hair down the middle, particularly at the crown, it appears noticeably thin. I'm not interested in using extensions; my goal is to make my natural hair look more voluminous, as it currently appears very flat. Thank you in advance for any advice you can provide!

You should visit a physician to be sure with your hair loss.On the other hand I can assure you that there is no such surgery that can increase the hair thickness but Lase Comb and LLLT can help. If you share your photos that would help.

Can PRP assist in reducing my under-eye circles? If it's a viable option, I'd like to find a specialist nearby. If PRP isn't suitable, what alternative treatments would you recommend? I understand that surgery may be a long-term solution, but could you provide an estimate of the cost?

However, I haven't noticed any new hair growth on my scalp yet. People have mentioned that results may become visible after several month
