Dr. Zahide Eris

Graduating from the prestigious Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2006, Dr. Eris went on to specialize in dermatology at the Istanbul Bezmialem Vakıf University Faculty of Medicine Hospital.

Post-specialization, her career path led her to serve at the Istanbul Leprosy, Skin and Venereology Hospital, and subsequently, at Beyşehir State Hospital in Konya between 2011 and 2013. Her journey through the medical landscape then saw her embrace an academic role, contributing as an Assistant Professor at Istanbul Şişli Florence Nightingale Hospital and at Istanbul Bilim University.

2017 marked a pivotal year for Dr. Eris as she pivoted towards the field of active cosmetics and aesthetics, establishing the Dermatocosmetology Unit at Gayrettepe Florence Nightingale Hospital. The following year, she was recognized by her peers in dermatology, which led to her working in dermatology at UPMC in the United States, upon invitation.

Dr. Eris's engagement with Doku Medical commenced in 2021, where she continues to dedicate her expertise to patients as a dermatologist. Her professional interests span across a variety of dermatological disciplines, including aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology, dermatological surgery, laser treatments, and the management of hair diseases and dermatoscopy.

In addition to her clinical pursuits, Dr. Eris is a prolific contributor to academic studies. Her articles have been featured in numerous international refereed journals, and she has presented papers at various international scientific meetings. Her research contributions extend into national journals and conferences, solidifying her as a knowledgeable figure in her field.
