Dr. Teoman Dal

Dr. Teoman Dal was born on August 31, 1966. Completing his medical education at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1989, Dr. Dal furthered his specialization in otolaryngology at the same institution from 1989-1993. 

After completing his compulsory service between 1994-1995, Dr. Dal then served as an Assistant Professor at Ankara Başkent University Faculty of Medicine Department of Otolaryngology from 1995-1999. He subsequently served his military service duty at Ankara GATA Department of Otolaryngology between 1999-2000. In November 2000, he earned the title of Associate Professor and continued his tenure at Ankara Başkent University Faculty of Medicine Department of Otolaryngology until September 2001. 

Dr. Dal furthered his education by completing the Management of Healthcare Institutions Master’s Program at Ankara Başkent University Social Sciences Institute in 1999.

From 2001-2002, Dr. Dal was associated with the V.K.F. American Hospital. He later worked at the Acıbadem Health Group Kadıköy Hospital as an Otolaryngology Specialist for a year and later held the position of Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director of Vehbi Koç Foundation Healthcare Institutions from 2003-2006. He began his part-time tenure at V.K.F. American Hospital in October 2006, after initiating his private practice. In March 2017, he was recognized as a Professor of Otolaryngology.

Dr. Dal has undergone several specialized training sessions abroad. This includes head and neck reconstructive surgery and microsurgery training at New York Mount Sinai Hospital in 1998, Balloon Sinuplasty training in the USA in 2007, Robotic Surgery training in France in 2010, Sialendoscopy in Austria in 2012, and Facial Plastic Surgery training across multiple sessions between 2008 and 2012 in Austria.
