Dr. Serkan Aygin

Dr. Serkan Aygin has been involved in hair-loss treatments and hair transplantation since 1996 in Turkey. His educational background began with a degree in Medicine from Istanbul University, Faculty of Medicine. Furthering his education, Dr. Aygin pursued a Master's Degree in Clinical Pharmacology at the same institution. His postgraduate studies led him to the Dermatology Residency Training Programme at Vakıf Gureba Hospital.

Post-education, Dr. Aygin took a position at the Outpatient Clinic for Dermatology and Hair Disorders in Vakıf Gureba Hospital. There, he became familiar with the intricacies of the field. Over the years, he has taken note of evolving techniques in hair transplantation, specifically the FUE method and the DHI technique.

In 2019, Dr. Aygin received recognition at the European Awards in Medicine for his work in the field. 

Outside of his professional obligations, Dr. Aygin has an interest in art.
