Dr. Serife Arslan

Dr. Şerife Arslan, a Dermatology Specialist, was born in Konya in 1974. She completed her medical education at Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine in 1996. Following her graduation, Dr. Arslan worked as a general practitioner in Adıyaman Besni district between 1997 and 1999. She also received residency training in various medical branches, including anesthesia and microbiology.

In 2010, Dr. Arslan completed her specialization in skin and venereal diseases at the Ministry of Health Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital. This was followed by a two-year tenure at Bingöl State Hospital. Dr. Arslan's career in dermatology includes working in the field of dermatocosmetology at Istanbul Bakırköy DermArt Polyclinic from January 2012 to June 2013. Her experience extends to various hospitals and polyclinics in Ankara, and she has been operating her own clinic for the last four years. Dr. Arslan is also a mother of two daughters.

Her expertise thesis, "The Role of Coagulation Cascade and Fibrinolysis in the Pathogenesis of Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria," was completed in 2010 at the Ankara Numune Training Hospital, Department of Dermatology.

Dr. Arslan has participated in several national and international scientific courses, training sessions, seminars, and conferences. These include the National Dermatology Congress, the Prof. Dr. Lütfü Tat Symposium, Dermatoscopy Courses, and various workshops on dermatocosmetic applications and advanced filling techniques.

She holds memberships in professional organizations such as the Turkish Medical Association, the Turkish Dermatological Association, and the Ankara Skin and Venereal Diseases Association.

In her professional practice, Dr. Arslan is experienced in procedures like punch biopsy, cautery, dermatoscopy, different laser technologies, mesotherapy, PRP, dermaroller, botox-fillers, and chemical peeling.
