Born in Ankara on May 18, 1980, Dr. Safak Goktas moved through various cities including Ankara, Eskişehir, Istanbul, and Erzincan during his early years. Dr. Safak Goktas completed his education at Hüseyin Avni Sözen Anatolian High School. Later, he received his medical degree from Istanbul Yeditepe University's Faculty of Medicine in 2004.

From 2006 to 2012, Dr. Goktas specialized in the Infectious Diseases and Clinical Microbiology Department at Istanbul Göztepe Training and Research Hospital under the Ministry of Health. In the subsequent year, he worked at the Niğde Public Hospital. 

In 2015, Dr. Goktas established his clinic, "Dr. Şafak Göktaş Clinic," with a focus on medical aesthetics. The services at his clinic cover a range of procedures, from enzymatic lipolysis, botox, filler, and mesotherapy to lymphatic drainage.

In 2020, he enrolled in a master's program in medical aesthetics at Camerino University in Rome, Italy. Dr. Goktas is also associated with Maltepe University's Faculty of Medicine as a lecturer, where he conducts lectures in English.
