Shortly after his graduation, Dr Omer Deveci worked at Kırklareli Pınarhisar Community Health Center for a period of two months. He passed the Medical Specialization Examination, which paved the way for his specialization training in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine in 2013.

In 2016, doctor Deveci broadened his skills further by working alongside Dr. Oscar Ramirezi in Miami, focusing on facelift and plastic surgery for two months. He then spent a month at the Washington University Seattle Children's Hospital, honing his expertise in craniofacial surgery. By 2018, his comprehensive training culminated in his recognition as a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery, supported by his innovative research on flap study on rats.

Upon achieving this specialization, Dr. Deveci served at Tuzla State Hospital from July 2018 to September 2020 to fulfill his state service obligation. He also completed his military service at Elazig 8th Corps Command from December 2018 to January 2019.

In September 2020, Dr. Deveci commenced his private practice. He maintains his commitment to the field of plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery, offering comprehensive service in these areas.
