Dr. Mubin Hosnuter was born in 1968 in İzmir and completed his medical studies at Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1992. After fulfilling his obligatory service in Aksaray during 1993-94, he pursued further specialization at Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine in the Department of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, completing this phase in 2000.

Beginning his academic career, Dr. Hosnuter initially served as an assistant professor at Zonguldak Karaelmas (Bülent Ecevit) University in 2000. By 2011, he had further expanded his expertise by securing a specialization certificate in Hand Surgery. That same year, İzmir Katip Celebi University Faculty of Medicine welcomed him as a professor in the Department of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. Here, in addition to treating patients, Dr. Hosnuter was also engaged in numerous academic and administrative roles including student education, assistant training, project management, and other significant duties within the university framework.
