About Doctor Koray Erdogan

Born in Bursa-Gemlik, Turkey, in 1968, Dr. Koray Erdogan pursued his early education at Bursa Anatolian High School. He later advanced his studies at Hacettepe University, securing a medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine. Following the completion of his mandatory military service, Dr. Erdogan initiated his medical career at Marmara University’s Department of Thoracic Surgery as an assistant.

In 2001, Dr. Erdogan ventured into the specialization of hair transplantation by establishing his own clinic. Concurrently, he was actively involved in various seminars and conferences across Europe and the United States. By 2004, Dr. Erdogan introduced the “Sequential Technique” in the FUE system, a method which has been discussed and referenced in numerous international platforms. This technique has been showcased by Dr. Erdogan in several congresses and workshops, including but not limited to Spain, Italy, Malaysia, and India.

In the year 2016, Dr. Erdogan was instrumental in the foundation of the World FUE Institute. Collaborating with global figures in the hair transplant sector, he undertook the role of Vice-Presidency and by 2018, was designated as the president of the World FUE Institute.
