Dr. Emel Gungor

Prof. Dr. Emel Güngör completed her specialization in Skin and Venereal Diseases at SB Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital. Her career includes observational roles at the Medical College of Wisconsin and Mayo Clinic Rochester. Dr. Güngör was recognized as an Associate Professor in 1998 and later as a Professor in 2016.

In her professional career, Dr. Güngör has held significant positions, including Deputy Chief at the MoH Ankara Training and Research Hospital's Skin and Venereal Diseases Clinic. She has also practiced in Istanbul at Acıbadem Fulya Hospital and Istanbul Liv Hospital and contributed as a faculty member in dermatology departments at İstinye University and Okan University.

Her academic work is substantial, with over 100 domestic and international publications to her name. Dr. Güngör is active in consultancy roles for scientific journals and participates in various dermatology and geriatrics associations.
