Dr. Eda Isil

Dr. Eda Isil, born in Germany in 1978, relocated to Istanbul to pursue her education. Completing her early education at a local German High School, she went on to receive a medical degree from Istanbul University's Medical Faculty. She then specialized in plastic surgery at Kocaeli University's Medical Faculty.

Fulfilling her civil service requirement at Marmara University's Pendik Training and Research Hospital, Dr. Isil moved forward with her career by joining the Istanbul Academy of Plastic Surgery. This phase saw her collaborating with professionals like Osman Oymak, Akin Yücel, Tunç Tiryaki, and Esin Aksungur.

Between 2015 and 2016, Dr. Isil served as a specialist in plastic surgery at the Private Avicenna Hospital in Esenler. In May 2016, she transitioned to Nişantaşı Daisy Clinic and Hospital Derindere, further extending her expertise in plastic surgery.

Earlier in her career, in 2009, Dr. Isil underwent additional training at the Städtisches Klinikum Karlsruhe's ENT Clinic in Germany. She also has had experiences at Yale University Medical School's Clinic for Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, and the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Department of Reproductive Endocrinology in 2002 and 2000. Dr. Isil has actively contributed to research at the US National Institutes of Health (NIH), particularly at the National Institute of Health for Allergies and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Cellular and Molecular Immunology Laboratory.

In 2007, Dr. Isil was part of a medical delegation arranged by the Turkish Cooperation and Development Agency (TIKA) and the Interplast Turkey Foundation. The delegation collaborated with Moldavia State University for Medicine and Pharmacy Institute, conducting plastic surgeries at the Nicole Testemitanu Paediatric Clinic.

Outside of her profession, doctor Isil engages in various pursuits such as music and appreciating aesthetics. Additionally, she plays an important role as a mother. These aspects of her life, along with her career in plastic surgery, help paint a comprehensive picture of Dr. Eda Isil's life.
