Born in Mersin in 1958, Dr. Ahmet Torkut acquired his medical degree from Ankara's Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1982. Following this achievement, he pursued further training and completed his residency in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in Ankara by 1991.
Dr. Torkut established his initial private practice in Ankara, during which time he also offered his services at the state hospital. In 1997, Dr. Torkut shifted his private practice base to Istanbul. From there, his professional associations included affiliations with Esteworld Hospital in 2011 and the Medical Park Hospital group in 2012. By 2017, he began seeing patients exclusively in his own private practice in Istanbul.
