About Doctor Ahmet Aydin

Dr. Ahmet Aydin began his medical journey at the Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, immediately after graduating from Kabataş High School for Boys in 2005. In 2009, he had the opportunity to study at Warszawski Uniwersytet Medyczny in Poland. Dr. Aydin also presented research on colorectal cancers at international congresses in Italy and Poland during his medical education.

Following his basic medical education, Dr. Aydin entered a specialization in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine in 2011. In 2015, he worked at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taiwan, where he gained experience in microsurgical methods under Prof. Fu-Chan Wei. He completed his specialization with a thesis titled "Effects of pomegranate seed oil on wound healing in rats with diabetes mellitus by streptozotocin".

Between 2017-2019, Dr. Aydin served at Hakkari State Hospital as part of his State Service Obligation. During this tenure, he held positions as Deputy Chief Physician of Hakkari State Hospital and Responsible Physician of Otluca Mountain and Commando Brigade Command Hospital. 

Dr. Aydin also successfully completed a proficiency exam organized by the Turkish Society of Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in 2018. He was acknowledged for his service by the Hakkari Provincial Health Directorate, Hakkari Police Special Operations Branch, and Otluca Mountain and Commando Brigade Command upon the conclusion of his State Service Obligation.

From 2019 to 2022, doctor Aydin held the position of an Assistant Professor at Medipol Mega University Hospital, where he lectured medical students and helped train assistant physicians. Currently, Dr. Ahmet Aydin sees his patients from his office in Nişantaşı.
