Should I reduce the width of my nose tip, go for nose tip aesthetics, or consider overall nose aesthetics?

Hey there, my nose tip feels a bit on the wide side, and while it's not a major bother, it does bug me a bit. I've attached a picture for reference – do you think I should go for a nose tip surgery or just a regular aesthetic procedure? Just to note, I'm fine with my nose bone, so no changes needed there.
